I, [REDACTED], declare and state that I unknowingly and without malice or intention to defraud acquired access to Dish Network Programming and am guilty of trusting that this process was legal.
Apology Letter
I, [REDACTED], by these means apologize for my actions by subscribing to an unlawful source for television services and did not realize that my conduct was harmful to Dish Network. I am a senior citizen and was naive to involve myself by responding to an internet ad on my computer for "free TV". In an attempt to save money, I learned the lesson that "if it seems to good to be true, it probably is not". The subscription services were not useful and this was not a good way to obtain TV services. I was guilty of trusting that the services were legal and I sincerely regret my conduct which was unknowingly harmful to Dish Network. I would urge people to be wary of such unsolicited advertising and apologize to Dish Network for being involved in such a transaction.
