I would say I did not have a pleasant experience with Papiao.tv. It has been some years now but if I can recall right, I had no real service from the payment and had difficulty with the provider and that’s when I caught on to assuming something wasn’t right and just decided to take the loss for the payment. Once I received the NagraStar/Dish letter I fully realized the severity of the matter. Settling with NagraStar/Dish made sense to avoid a long and costly process.
