To Whom It May Concern,
Due to my naïve thinking, I was wrong to have someone come to my house to setup the satellite dish and receivers and he ordered service through Papiao.tv over the internet. He obtained the username and password to enable the receivers. The receivers were working fine for a while until Papiao.tv got into throuble and I cannot find the guy that sold me the system and he never answered my phone calls any more. I apologize for my wrong doing and am sorry to be involved in satellite theft of using IKS.
