Received Feb. 27, 2019.
I am writing this to let others know who may have got the letter like I have. I HIGHLY suggest to call them and settle like I have. The one I spoke with was informative and respectful. Don't ignore the letter, they have payment plans if you're strapped. I repeat, don't ignore the letter or the e-mail they sent you. It's not worth for both parties the time and headache to go to court. They certainly will if you don't respond, they have the resources; High probability that you don't.
As for our situation, the phrase "If it's too good to be true, don't take it." I had to learn this the very hard way. Call them, settle, take it as a hard lesson, and don't do it again.
Don't do it again. Ever.
Don't do it.
