Some time ago I had a buddy order some TV service for me and I figured it was another tv provider option. It was set up with his help and it never did work properly and we did'nt know who to complain to have it work. We found out from nagrastar that this service was something called iks and it was not legal and it makes sense now as it never worked properly. The service ended up costing us more money then it was worth and it was all a waste of time and money.
