I received the certified letter from NagraStar. I researched the letter and gave them a call. They were very professional, and we had a positive discussion. I later received a second letter with additional details. I called back and worked out an agreement that I believe we are both happy with. My recommendation to others that receive the letter, is to give them a call. It is easier to address this with NagraStar early in the process, rather than wait and have things become more difficult to resolve. They were very professional with me and walked me through all the details. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
