First and foremost, do not ignore the letter. A couple weeks ago, I received a letter from Nagra Star and thought it was a hoax and was going to trash the letter, after doing research online it turn out that the letter was legit, I got really stress out and man up and called the number on the letter. They gave me my option payments and I explained to them my financial situation they were easy to talk to and they work with your budget.
Additionally, I am truly sorry for my actions and apologize for any wrongdoing. I wish I could go back in time and make things right. People don’t waste your time and just work with them.
